Homemade Pizza

from scratch ♡
  1. Preheat your oven to 250°C. If you have a pizza stone, place it inside while the oven heats.
  2. Let the dough come to room temperature, then gently stretch it on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread a thin, even layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small crust around the edge.
  4. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and scatter it evenly over the sauce.
  5. Add sliced cherry tomatoes, oregano and a little salt.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and crisp and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Finish with fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil and freshly cracked pepper.
KITCHEN NOTE ♡ The secret to a beautiful crust? Keep the dough light and don't overload it with toppings.
